Shirley Duncan, Director of Church Relations, was once a child at Hephzibah. Today, Shirley travels all across the United States and Canada speaking with church congregations and members of the Wesleyan Church about the good work God continues to do on behalf of our children. Upon request Shirley is also available to speak to any church group, as well as independent groups and individuals including the following:
